Hello and welcome to the questions and answers page. I get traffic from a lot of google searches, and I thought I would make a page dedicated to trying to give the answers to some of the questions. If you have a question, feel free to email me and I will answer it the best I can.
Q. are all p90x pull up bars the same?
A. Yes and No. Beachbody makes the P90X chin up bar. That is the one that they make. There are others like Iron Gym, when I first started P90X thats the one I bought, it does not compare to the hand positions and quality of the P90X chin up bar though.
Q. why is shakeology so expensive?
A. Do a study of the ingredients in Shakeology, if you were to buy them separate it would be over $400.00. For what it is, it is incredibly reasonable.
Q. Does Insanity help with weight loss?
A. Oh My Gosh yes…theres a 30 day money back guarantee… if after the very first work out you do not know for fact, send it back, but there is no way you can get through Insanity without losing weight.
Q. p90x meal too expensive
A. The P90X nutrition plan is not expensive, actually, it can be a lot cheaper than what your current meal plan is. It’s just about making smarter and healthier meal choices.
Q. Creatine with p90x?
A. Creatine is great, especially if you dont eat a lot of red meat. There are trace amounts of creatine in the P90X Recovery drink, which I highly recommend.
Q. p90x may kill me?
A. Doubtful. It may feel like it, and it certainly my tear you down, but it will build you back stronger. You should only work out with what you feel comfortable with, but at the same time, if you are not pushing your limits, you are not going anywhere.
Q. Is Shakeology at GNC, and, What is comparable to Shakeology at GNC?
A. No, Shakeology is only available from Beachbody and Beachbody coaches, and, there is nothing that compares to Shakeology at GNC. (This one comes up a lot)
Q. Smoking and p90x?
A. You can smoke and do P90X. You can smoke and do just about anything. I highly recommend quitting, and exercise is a great way to quit.
Q. Beachbody coach?
A. Beachbody coaches are independent reps for Beachbody, it’s an awesome thing. Period. :)
Q. Shakeology cheaper?
A. You can get Shakeology cheaper by being a club member (10% off), or a coach (25% off) email me for details.
Q.Shakeology ok to skip a day?
A. Yes of course its ok to skip a day. It wont hurt you, but keep in mind, Shakeology is packed full of all sorts of good stuff, it’d be like skipping vitamins or skipping eating well.
Q. GNC results and recovery formula.
A. GNC has plenty of recovery formulas. None of them are like Beachbody’s, but they do have plenty of them.
Q. How much is p90x at walmart?
A. Walmart does not carry P90X or any Beachbody products. The only way to get them is from Beachbody or from a coach. There is a scam going around selling discs for $59.00, it is a scam, and they are shut down and pop up all the time, they are bootleg dvds.
Q. Has anyone mixed p90x & Insanity workouts?
A. Yep! I do, and I know lots of people who do. It’s a great mix.
Q. Best vitamins to give me energy
A. I recommend the Activit metabolism formula.
Q. Is x stretch important
A. Yes, it may seem like its a break or that you are not doing anything, but stretching is very very important.
Q. Sean T talks in third person Insanity?
A. haha, I love that someone googled this! Yes, he refers to himself in the 3rd person… I wouldnt say anything to him about it…
Q. Making money as Beachbody Coach?
A. Yes you can make very good money as being a coach!
Q. What to do after p90x plus is done?
A. The sky is the limit! I would recommend going back to P90X, ordering some Tony Horton one on ones, and mixing Insanity… oh it is a great combo!!
