new

2010 has been a great year! Completely changed my health and fitness, my first year of being a Beachbody Coach, and just all sorts of other great things. So I decided to celebrate!

If you’ve visited before, you’ll notice the great new layout and design of the site here!

In addition I’ve got a new Facebook fan page. I had to start over in order to add some new elements, and I think it’s going to be great!  Make sure you like the new fan page, because I will be having giveaways for supplements and workouts, and just general information to keep you pumped and motivated!

I expect 2011 to be an even better year and I’m looking forward to great things!

Bring it!

Day 19 of Turbo Fire

Ok, So I just completed Day 19 of Turbo Fire. I could actually say day 16 because I am not taking a day off for rest every week.  I really like it so far.  It’s definitely a lot of fun. I wouldnt say it’s easy, especially the high intensity interval parts, but it’s definitely not Insanity. It’s enjoyable in a way that you can get through it without killing yourself, but still being sopped with sweat. I still can’t believe the calorie burns I’ve been getting though up to 1200 in an hour.  That’s crazy sick!

It’s probably the first regular cardio work outs that I’ve done before. I think it’s somewhat like a cardio kickboxing or something like that.  There are all kinds of different moves in it, and the music kinda takes you back.  I actually am waiting for the skate party to start up with some technotronic or something lol.

I do miss P90X though!!!  Oh gosh, I can not wait until I step back in to the ring with it. I know after that first work out I am going to just be so unbelievably sore and I can not wait.  I’m glad I’m taking this side adventure though. I needed it to rest up.

Also, I’ve decided that I need to drink more water and so I’m going to be very conscious about this in the next couple weeks, really focusing and keeping track of how much I am drinking.  Should be a fun adventure! Dont forget to check out my Ab Workout post.
