The other day I was asked about adding creatine to the P90X Results & Recovery drink.
Beachbody makes a great creatine. It’s called the Strength and Muscle formula. I add a scoop to each recovery shake that I drink. It’s actually very very cost effective compared to some creatine products I’ve taken from GNC before.
I see nothing wrong with adding creatine to it. There are only trace amounts of creatine in the results and recovery drink, so why not. If you’re looking to add more creatine, the Results and Recovery drink is a perfect drink to add it to.
