Hello! And thanks for being interested in my story! My name is Will Bochkay, and I am a Beachbody coach.
When I was in high school I wasnt in bad shape, I never played any school sports, but I got exercise and did other things. When I got to college I started to gain a little bit of weight. I wasn’t eating right, and just didn’t get a lot of exercise.
In 2009 I was in the worst physical condition in my life. I had been a smoker for 17 years, over weight, no energy, no motivation. I decided it was time for a change. In September of 2009 I weighed 256 had a waist line of 46″
I had seen P90X advertised on tv and i knew a couple of people who did the program, so i decided i would try it. I honestly thought it was going to be another one of those things that I used for 2 weeks and then never touched again (Lets see, I have an ab lounger, the perfect push up things, weights, all of which I got with good intentions, and then just dropped them).
But then there was P90X… I got it and opened it up, set a date, and started it. WOW that is all i can say is just WOW. The dvds kept me motivated beyond belief. They really instill the desire to keep coming back and pressing play. In addition there was all of the benefits of Beachbody. Beachbody has an online system which was free for me to use. I could track my work outs, track my progress, talk with other people for support, talk to my coach, and every day there are prize drawings. The first 2 weeks were probably the worst part. It was tough! But I kept fighting back and my conviction kept growing. I was seeing results and I wanted more. I was so excited to get healthy and be in better shape.
I fell in love with my health, P90X, and Beachbody, so I decided to become a coach January 1, 2010.
Currently as of December 2010 I’m 178 pounds, 32″ waist, incredible blood pressure, running races, and still using P90X and working out every day. I’ve literally taken my life back and started living again.
