Sometimes the hardest thing to do is start. It might seem a bit daunting, an hour of working out, or 45 minutes, man I’m tired already, I dont think I can do it.
Well switch it up! Commit to pushing play and commit to 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes you still want to quit, go ahead, but I dont think you will. Remember, the hard part is getting started, so just make sure you get started every day, commit to it!
