Happy Thanksgiving!  I finished the Thanksgiving Day race today. 10k with a time of 1:00:44.  I loved it! This evening I was confronted with a downer though. I’m sure everyone knows those people. They dont have anything nice to say about anything. Never a good job. Never anything remotely good. Always, well why didnt you do better or this or that. Just a reminder, dont let anyone steal your joy. You earned it, it’s yours.
