			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most people who know me, or have come within 10 feet of me, know that I&#8217;ve been doing <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyp90x">P90X</a> and other Beachbody products. It&#8217;s been quite a while for doing P90X and I&#8217;m going to take a massive jump. I&#8217;m switching to Chalene&#8217;s <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buy/turbofire">Turbo Fire</a>.  I&#8217;m going to do the program for at least a month, maybe all the way through. I just need a break from P90X.  I love the program, and I prefer resistance training over any sort of cardio, but my body needs a break. 1 week recovery weeks dont get me back to being sore when I jump back in.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m pretty excited about Turbo Fire! I&#8217;ve heard a lot of great things about it and I&#8217;m hoping to blast through a bit of a plateau I&#8217;ve hit.  Then, after I get a break from P90X, I&#8217;m going to be back to hitting it hard again!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When most people think about exercising, ab workouts usually come to mind. Why? To borrow a Tony Horton phrase, they are the glamor muscles.  Everyone likes to think of ripped and shredded abs. They have become a staple of fitness in our society.</p>
<p>While ab workouts are important, they can&#8217;t be the only work out that you do. It really needs to be a total body work out. All of the programs that I do contain ab workouts, and since everyone loves abs so much, I thought I&#8217;d go through a couple.</p>
<p><strong>Ab Workouts-</strong><img class="alignright" src="https://extranet.securefreedom.com/MillionDollarBody/shopping/images/p90x2.jpg" alt="" width="170" height="100" /></p>
<p>Ab Ripper X-  Part of the <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyp90x" target="_blank">P90X </a>series. It&#8217;s 13 moves and about 15 minutes long. It&#8217;s a great ab workout from P90X. The moves are: In &amp; Outs, Bicycles, Reverse Bicycles, Crunchy Frog, Cross-Leg/Wide Leg Sit-ups, Fifer Scissors, Hip Rock and Raise, Pulse UPS, V-Up/Roll-Up, Oblique V-Ups, Leg Climbs, Mason Twist.</p>
<p>Cardio Abs- Part of the <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyinsanity" target="_blank">Insanity</a> series. It&#8217;s a mixture of cardio and ab/ core moves. You start off with some jogging in place, then high knees jogging which forces you to work your core, with various nuances through the jogging routine. Then you get down in the C-sit position and perform moves of crunch variations and leg raises.<img class="alignright" src="https://extranet.securefreedom.com/MillionDollarBody/shopping/images/revabs_170x100_new.jpg" alt="" width="170" height="100" /></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyrev" target="_blank">RevAbs</a>- is a series in and of itself, but is not all abs. The series overall focuses on core and abs, but has enough cardio in it to help melt away fat.</p>
<p>All of these are part of full work out routines which I do recommend, and if you notice, none of these just say &#8220;sit ups&#8221;.  There are so many muscles in your core and abs and there are so many ways to work them, that you really do need to do a mixture, and that&#8217;s why these routines are so effective.</p>
<p>But for those of you who just want ab workouts, nothing but abs, just abs, all abs.. .there is one I can recommend&#8230; which I will say, even after all of the routines I&#8217;ve done, is the best ab workout I&#8217;ve ever experienced&#8230;</p>
<p>Iso Abs</p>
<p>You asked for it, dont forget&#8230; you wanted it.</p>

You can purchase it alone and it is only $19.95. It is 40 minutes of isometric ab moves, meaning you hold poses for a period of time. It is a very slow burn, and will challenge every muscle in your core and abs section. If you&#8217;re one of those that just wants to focus on ab workouts, then by all means, you have found your work out. Dont spend money on an ab rocker, dont spend money on any gadget&#8230; just get Iso Abs</p>

<p>You can&#8217;t.  Well, ok I guess that&#8217;s not true.  You can buy<em><strong> illegal pirated versions.</strong></em> Beachbody programs like <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyp90x">P90X</a> and <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/buyinsanity">Insanity</a> have become so incredibly popular that they have become the target of massive amounts of pirating.  I thought I&#8217;d share a letter that came from the general counsel of Beachbody.</p>
<p><strong>The Battle Against Piracy Goes On</strong><br />
Everyone knows that counterfeit products hurt all of us, but most do not fully understand just how serious the effects<br />
of piracy really are. While it causes immeasurable harm on a global basis—such as funding terrorism and organized<br />
crime, causing identity theft, and contributing to lost business and jobs—it also significantly harms companies,<br />
governments, and consumers. Beachbody® is a victim of this problem, and we know that you, as <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/beachbodycoach">Independent Team Beachbody Coaches</a>, also suffer from the illegal stealing, manufacturing, importing and selling of counterfeit<br />
Beachbody products.</p>
<p><strong><br />
We&#8217;re fighting the pirates and getting results!</strong><br />
Knowing the critical impact piracy has on Beachbody’s business, as well as the businesses of all our dedicated<br />
Coaches, Beachbody has created an Anti-Piracy Group, which I am personally leading. The members of this group<br />
are dedicating significant time, efforts, and resources to battle this issue every day. And we’re getting real results<br />
from our numerous efforts.<br />
<strong>In the first half of 2010 alone, we have: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Enforced against 1,314 Web sites selling counterfeit product</li>
<li>Taken out more than 38,000 online auction/marketplace listings, which account for an estimated volume of more than 13 million units of product valued at more than $281 million</li>
<li>Removed 787 sponsored link-type ads on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Facebook</li>
<li>Removed more than 100,000 links to unique downloads of our titles</li>
<li>Brought or continued existing lawsuits against more than 40 individual pirates</li>
<li>Sent well over 1,400 Cease and Desist letters to counterfeiters</li>
<li>Entered into settlement agreements with more than 150 counterfeiters</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Government agencies are joining the battle.</strong><br />
Every few months, I travel to Washington, D.C. to conduct several meetings with government officials and regulatory<br />
agencies, such as the International Trade Association and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, to help rally<br />
additional support for our cause and to increase awareness of the severe impact counterfeiting has on Beachbody<br />
and on each and every one of you.<br />
Similarly, our Intellectual Property Counsel David Squellati, my right-hand man on our Anti-Piracy Group who has<br />
more than 11 years’ experience in intellectual property and anti-piracy arenas, is assisting Customs agencies with<br />
criminal investigations and prosecutions of counterfeiters. Our hard work has resulted in close to 150 government<br />
seizures of more than 5,700 units of our product in the first half of 2010 alone, as well as multiple ongoing criminal<br />
investigations and prosecutions.<br />
<strong>While numbers look impressive, we&#8217;re not satisfied.</strong><br />
To help Customs authorities more effectively spot and seize counterfeit merchandise, David is now traveling<br />
nationwide to train officers from 30 ports and express mail facilities. This activity is increasing the awareness of<br />
the piracy issues we face and will hopefully encourage these officers to more rigorously support our efforts in the<br />
seizure of counterfeit product.<br />
We’re committed to stemming the tide of piracy and the damage it causes to Beachbody and to each of you. You have<br />

<p>If you&#8217;re not familiar with the GI, it&#8217;s basically a scale of 1 to 100  that measures how much or how quickly a particular food causes your  blood sugar to rise. <p><strong>The Recovery Zone &#8211; 60% to 70%</strong></p>
<p>Training in this zone helps develop basic endurance and aerobic         capacity.          An advantage to working out in this zone is that while you are happily fat         burning you may lose weight and you will be allowing your muscles to         replenish with glycogen, which has been used during faster paced         workouts.</p>
<p><strong>The Aerobic Zone &#8211; 70% to 80%</strong></p>
<p>Training here will help to develop your cardiovascular         system. The body&#8217;s ability to transport oxygen to, and carbon dioxide away         from, the working muscles can be improved. As you become stronger from training in this zone it will be possible to work out for long periods at up to 75%.</p>
<p><strong>The Anaerobic Zone &#8211; 80% to 90%</strong></p>
<p>Training in this zone will help develop your lactic acid system.         In this zone, your individual anaerobic         threshold (AT) is found &#8211; sometimes referred to the point of deflection (POD).         During these heart rates, the amount of fat being utilised as the main source         of energy is greatly reduced and glycogen stored in the muscle is predominantly         used. One of the by-products of burning this glycogen is lactic acid. There is a point at which the body can no         longer remove the lactic acid from the working muscles quickly enough. This is         your anaerobic threshold (AT). Through the correct training, it is possible         to delay the AT by being able to increase your ability to deal with the lactic         acid for a longer period of time or by pushing the AT higher.</p>
<p><strong>The Red Line Zone 90% to 100%</strong></p>
<p>Training in this zone will only be possible for short         periods. It effectively trains your fast twitch muscle         fibers and helps to develop speed. This zone is reserved for intervals and only the very fit are able to         train effectively within this zone.</p>
<p><strong>The Fat Burning Zone</strong></p>
<p>So is the fat burning zone myth or fact?  As a <a href="http://fitnessachievement.com/beachbodycoach" target="_blank">Beachbody Coach</a> I have been asked that question on numerous occasions, and I have wondered about it myself.  Here it is in layman&#8217;s terms&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Both</strong></p>
<p>I know, I hate shoddy answers like that too, but hear me out.</p>
<p>It is <strong>true</strong> that your body will burn a higher percentage of fat and a lower heart rate, <strong>but</strong>, your body burns a lower amount of overall energy. At lower intensities the body may burn 50 percent of the calories from  fat,  and at higher intensities it may only burn 35 percent. But at  higher intensities you burn way more total calories, and more fat  calories overall, than you do at lower intensities.
