From P90X to Turbo Fire

Most people who know me, or have come within 10 feet of me, know that I’ve been doing P90X and other Beachbody products. It’s been quite a while for doing P90X and I’m going to take a massive jump. I’m switching to Chalene’s Turbo Fire.  I’m going to do the program for at least a month, maybe all the way through. I just need a break from P90X.  I love the program, and I prefer resistance training over any sort of cardio, but my body needs a break. 1 week recovery weeks dont get me back to being sore when I jump back in.

I’m pretty excited about Turbo Fire! I’ve heard a lot of great things about it and I’m hoping to blast through a bit of a plateau I’ve hit.  Then, after I get a break from P90X, I’m going to be back to hitting it hard again!

I’ll try to give everyone a run down as far as the program and what each work out is like.  :)
