I was talking to my neighbor earlier tonight. He had heart surgery when he was 42. Now he is 50. He recently went to his cardiologist and she told him that he needs to lose weight, and he also has to exercise every day.
He objected and explains that he leaves his house at 6:30am and doesnt get home till 6:30pm.
The answer is the same for all of us.
If we dont choose to make room in our life for exercise, we are literally throwing years away. Same things with food. If we insist on eating bad food, we are jiggling the handle on the hour glass of our lives.
Aside from the fact that it extends our lives, it makes things a heck of a lot easier. It makes us work properly. If you want the fountain of youth, it’s called exercise. You want an immunity boost, it’s called exercise.
If you dont want to work out and eat right, well, just look around you and you will be able to see what you’ll get.
