I’ve been mixing P90X and Insanity for 3 weeks now. All I can say is WOW! Insanity is nothing short of just a crazy hard core cardio work out, and with P90X and Tony Horton One on Ones being premo, it’s an excellent mix! I am glad that I have worked up to this though. There is no way I could have attempted this 6 months ago.
Tonight I ended up doing Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps… then to polish it off did Insanity Plyometics. I had about an hour rest in between. Right now, I’m just laying in bed thinking how amazing it is what I have done with myself, and just how it has rippled through my life. I truly have a better understanding with why the military puts people through boot camp.
I’m ready to keep going and keep pushing! However, I dont think there are going to be too many nights I do P90X and Insanity in the same night.
