Question by Zackery: Is Shakeology as great as it seems?
I’ve heard nothing but great things about this product. It seems almost like a miracle shake. I just want to heard some feedback from some people who have tried it themselves. Thanks.

I just started drinking Shakeology after doing the Insanity series of exercise videos. My friend was drinking it because she was a marathon runner and loved it.
I am not a shake person..I have tried all the whey protein drinks in the huge canisters and they just sit on my counter. This product is amazing for taste especially chocolate. Every morning I drink it before work and it keeps me full until lunch.
