Practice makes perfect. Heard that one? Every day I have pushed myself when I didnt want to. Every day when I made myself work out, every day when I said those reasons arent good enough to stop me. Every day I decided not to let me dreams or my health go because i thought it was “too difficult”, every day I did those things…. It got easier
The longer you do it, the easier it gets.
Heres the sad thing… Exercise should be second nature

Exercise should be fun.
You were given a body to use. You’re not a head in a jar, you dont have telekinesis (and you just look constipated when you try to see if you can move things with your mind).
If you’re like most people, exercise has become this daunting chore, that… you cant even commit to a full month. The idea is just baffling to you.
Again, exercise should be second nature… it shouldnt be a I have to think about it. We can be the change the country needs. We are the future.
