Here is what Beachbody has to say about the Shakeology workouts
“Get healthy from the inside out.
This set of 2 DVDs contains a 30-minute workout and a 50-minute workout. Start by doing the 30-minute workout three times a week. Then rotate in the 50-minute workout once a week. Go at your own pace, but don’t be afraid to push yourself. Soon, you’ll notice more muscle tone and fewer food cravings. Aim to get strong enough to do The 50 three times a week.
2 workouts
* The 30
This is a balanced combination of cardiovascular intervals to burn calories, and strength moves to tone your muscles and build your metabolism.
* The 50
As your body becomes stronger and more efficient, The 50 will accelerate your progress—your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility—in an easy-to-follow format.

P90X: Yoga X Revisited

P90X Yoga X

When I first started P90X I had never done yoga before. Yoga X was definitely a first for me, and I had no idea what to expect, but whatever it was I expected it to be a water down version of yoga.

It’s not

Yoga X combines strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work to compliment the rest of your work out in only a way that yoga can.

I will detail the moves as best I can, and I apologize for any misspellings, I am not sure on the spelling of the moves.  This is the best order I can come up with.

Mountain pose

Side Stretch

Vin asana series.  Between each pose you go to cha taranga.  Plank, to upward dog, to plank, to downward dog.

3 Sun Salutations

Runners pose to runners stretch

Crescent pose

Warrior 1

Warrior 2

Reverse Warrior

Triangle Pose

Twisting triangle pose

Chair pose, to twisting chair pose on each side

Right angle pose, extended right angle pose

Twisting prayer while in a lunge

Warrior 3

Half moon

Twisting half moon.

Next up are the balance poses!  Whew, yes, its a lot.

Tree

Royal dancer

Crane

Bow

Boat

and a ton more stretches and poses!

Dont for one second think that it is “watered down” yoga… It’s Yoga X baby.  And if you really feel like stepping it up, they do pushups in between each vinyasa flow!
