Awesome Yummy Incredible Food!

Yummy!

So, the other day I was wondering through the grocery store at lunch time. I have changed my diet around a lot over the past I dont know how long. I have not had fast food in a long time, and have been trying all kinds of different foods. I strolled on over to the “bags of fruit”, the store in town sells them in cute little bags, and i was do for some more apples. I happen to take a glance in the row i was next to when my eyes fell on an Asian Pear. I got 2 of them thinking, hey, why not. I had been wanting to try something new, so in a bag they went!

I got back to the office, rather hungry. I had only had 2 granola bars that morning. 1 at 7:30 and 1 at 10:00. I got back to the office about 12:35 and decided I would have at one of those pears! I must tell you, it was great! Nice texture and taste, and the pear itself is rather large! I was only able to eat the pear and one small apple and i was completely satisfied!

Are Your Nuts Raw? Mine Are!

Digest this for a second.  Nuts are an awesome snack!  Eat them raw though!

Get a raw mix, or get a few bags and just pack them up and snack on them through the day  Remember, you dont want to go too long without eating, or your metabolism will freeze thinking you are starving.  Nuts are a great snack, just make sure they are raw!
