New Year, New Facebook Page, New Blog, New Giveaways!

2010 has been a great year! Completely changed my health and fitness, my first year of being a Beachbody Coach, and just all sorts of other great things. So I decided to celebrate!

If you’ve visited before, you’ll notice the great new layout and design of the site here!

In addition I’ve got a new Facebook fan page. I had to start over in order to add some new elements, and I think it’s going to be great!  Make sure you like the new fan page, because I will be having giveaways for supplements and workouts, and just general information to keep you pumped and motivated!

I expect 2011 to be an even better year and I’m looking forward to great things!

I’m giving away some work outs!  They are the Shakeology workouts.  So here’s the deal.  Sign up for the email subscription in the upper right corner so you make sure to get the updates.
