P90X workout schedule and guide

I get asked a lot about the P90X workout schedule and the nutrition plan. The easiest thing to do is just sign up for a free account with Team Beachbody, they have an online calender and schedule you can customize your workouts with, along with a lot of other great things, but I figured I’d put the schedule here as well.

And here is the nutrition plan, take a look to get some ideas for great recipes.

Weeks 1, 2, and 3

Day 1 – Chest and Back, plus Ab Ripper X

Day 2 – Plyometrics

Day 3 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X

Day 4 – Yoga X

Day 5 – Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X

Day 6 – Kenpo X

Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch

The p90x workout schedule for week 4 is supposed to be a recovery week after hitting it hard six days a week for three weeks.

This weeks workouts

Today is just a light stretch day for me, getting ready for the week to come.  Ive decided that since i just took some pictures a week and a half ago that I will wait until February 1st to post some more.  Every month on the 1st I will update my photos.

I just got done with week 4 of P90X plus.  This next week will be…

  • Monday-Upper body plus & Abs core plus
  • Tuesday- Plyometrix is back again!
  • Wednesday- Total body plus
  • Thursday- Yoga X
  • Friday- Upper body plus
  • Saturday- Kenpo cardio
  • Sunday – Stretching again

Im excited that I am almost 1/2 way through!  I am also excited that I am a Beachbody coach now too.  Honestly, I was skeptical at first, well I was about P90X too.  But Beachbody is just amazing!
