Question by newmom: Is anyone on the shakeology program?
There is a 3 day shakeology program that you do where you drink 3 shakes a day for 3 days. I think?? I am just trying to get a little more info on this. And after that then what do you do? Just have one shake a day? Also are the smoothies just as effective as drinking the shake by itself with milk?

I am on it right now Amy! Almost through day Two. All I have been doing is drinking one shake in the morning (breakfast) one in the afternoon (lunch) and one a nigh with four ounces of a protein i.e. chicken breast, fish,etc… so far it been good not hungry during the day and I can still function and have plenty of energy.

I just started drinking Shakeology after doing the Insanity series of exercise videos. My friend was drinking it because she was a marathon runner and loved it.
I am not a shake person..I have tried all the whey protein drinks in the huge canisters and they just sit on my counter. This product is amazing for taste especially chocolate. Every morning I drink it before work and it keeps me full until lunch.
My background is also in human nutrition and I have not seen a product in a shake form that is as nutritionally dense as Shakeology.
