There is 1 secret to making exercise so much easier. You might not like the answer, but I do hope that you will hang in there with it and try to take it in.
To make exercise easier, you need to do it.
The more you do it, the easier it becomes. You have to just face up to it and do it. If you dont, it will become harder and harder, and the less likely that you will do it (until you are forced to by the Dr. after you have a stroke or a heart attack)
When I was doing P90X it was hard when I first started. Then it got easier. Each phase was difficult, but then it got easier.

If it wasnt difficult, you wouldnt be pushing yourself and you wouldnt be growing.

Doing the difficult thing gets easier
When you first start a work out regiment like P90X, or RevAbs, or Insanity, or even if its a personalized regiment that a personal trainer has come up with, you will find it difficult, and you will find that it is difficult to do the difficult thing. Are you following me? If you stick with it, you will get used to doing the difficult thing, and then, even though it is difficult, even though it is taxing on your body, even though you are pushing your limits, you’ve grown accustomed to doing it.
Far too many people want a magic pill or want it to be easy, I believe they fail because they dont realize that it gets easier. I have known so many people, some of them good friends I’ve had over the years, that try something and within the first time of trying it they decide they dont want to do it any more because it’s too hard.
Now, is it really too hard? If you try something once, do you even have enough data to say if something is difficult or not? Isnt it more likely that you’re just not used to it rather than it being too hard? The fact is if we put in a bit more effort to learning something and becoming accustomed to it, we would find that many things are actually quite easy!
So where does this leave us?
The #1 secret to making exercise easier is getting used to it. Sticking with it.
If you dont, then you will keep on the same circle over and over again. You will decide you need to try it, try it, decide its too hard, quit, then decide you need to try it again. This will keep going until you stop the cycle.
