What is the best time of day to work out

I certainly can only tell you from my experience, and what has worked best for me.

I work first shift, Monday through Friday 7:30-5:00

I made it a rule when I first started that I would work out as soon as I got home from work. I get home about 5:15 and I decided that I wouldnt allow myself to sit down. I knew that if I did, I would end up with slack days and eventually probably fall off the wagon. So that’s what I did.

I usually ended exercising about 7:00.  Once I was done I would have  a recovery drink and then after that Shakeology, but I wouldnt actually eat anything after that.  I still dont, unless it’s an unusual circumstance, I dont eat anything paste 6pm in the evening.  So far it has really been helping me achieve my goals.

I have had to increase my caloric intake though.  About a month ago I noticed I was having trouble getting through workouts that I had gotten used to.  I wasnt exactly sure what was wrong, but I just didnt have the energy.  I increased my daily calories, had more energy, and lost more weight.

Ok, so I know I got off track for a moment.

What is the best time to work out?  Whenever you will do it.  Think about yourself and figure out what your stumbling blocks and excuses are.  Then think yourself out of them and do it every day.  A lot of people think P90X is too much, because people arent used to activity for an hour a day.  But once you get used to it, you think nothing of it at all.
