hand money 300x224 What is your health worth?

How much is your health worth to you?

This is something that I hear about quite a bit. It’s an excuse that comes in many forms. This or that costs too much.

The other day I heard… “I like to get lunch from taco bell because you really get a lot for what you pay for. That $.89 burrito is really worth it.”  No joke, I really heard that.

I’ve also gotten searches for “P90X is expensive” and “Shakeology is expensive”  I just dont get it.

Health and food are directly related. If you cant see that you have to open your eyes. What you put in your body is going to determine how your body operates. So shouldnt you want to put good things in it?

An $.89 burrito… yep, you get what you pay for, for sure.

If you’re a coach, ,Shakeology breaks down to $3 per serving.  Next time you’re at McDonalds, check and see how much a large shake is going to run you.  And it has no quality ingredients in it.  Shakeology is beyond healthy.  70 different ingredients, all organic, and it would be vegan if it wasnt for the weigh protein.  But even that is from cows that havent hard growth hormones.

P90X is expensive?  Not hardly. Even if you could find a place that would supply the equipment, along with giving the routines. Lets say you found the class and it only cost $5 per class…. $5×90… that’s $450!   Heck, even $1 a class would be $90, and you can get P90X for $90 if you’re a coach.

Beachbody even gives you the opportunity to make money!

I wish you could see my face right now lol.  I literally feel like jumping up and down and stomping around. I dont even know what I can compare it to. Watching people make bad decisions and there being nothing you can do about it. This mind set of there is no other way. For real. What does it take?

Sigh, I’m off track here. It’s just so darned annoying to know that there is this whole other way, that if people cared about the food they ate, if they exercised, if they took care of themselves, they could live much longer, happier, and healthier lives!

$3 a day is less than a meal at any fast food place, and 100 times healthier

Buying organic, might seem more expensive, but in the long run you are doing your body right.

Theres another point! Is it really more expensive to eat right?  If you dont eat right, arent you going to be spending money on Drs. visits, and medications?  Surgeries?  So which is more expensive?  Thing about it!

Check out what all Beachbody has to offer here, or shoot me an email, I want to hear from you
