Working Out at Home Vs. Working out at a gym

Have you ever wondered about which is better, working out at home, or working out at a gym? Lets weight out some of the pros and cons of each and see if we cant come to some conclusion.

Gym Pros- Lots of equipment, trainers, some offer classes, showers

Gym Cons-Expensive monthly membership, trainers cost extra, a lot of people using the equipment (sweat and germs), a lot of people (for those who are insecure)

Home Pros- Privacy, your own shower, no expensive memberships, you dont have to go anywhere

Home Cons- Not much equipment, no trainers, sometimes motivation problems

Now think about this for a minute, what if you could provide the pros from both and eliminate the cons? With work out programs like Beachbodys P09X, you work out at home and you dont need a lot of equipment. You dont need all the equipment that the gyms have, its overkill. You can work out your entire body very hard with just a few simple tools. In addition, P90X is $125. That is less that 4 months at the gym, and what do you get with that? A personal trainer every day through! Now price that at the gym and see what that will cost you. In addition, the dvds are motivating, hardcore motivating!

Ive done all 3. I worked out at a gym, and got tired of the cost and what i was getting for it, I worked out at home, had some weight and all the gimics, but I couldnt get motivated. But with P90X (not P90Z it’s an easy mistake, the letters are close together), I was non stop! out of 90 days i only missed 2 days. I’m telling you, listen to someone who was lacking motivation and settling in to being out of shape… you can get in shape!

I’m a Beach body coach, and I hope you check out P9X. And if you’re looking to make some extra money, there is a great opportunity to make money being a Beach body coach.
