A while ago I started introducing more fiber in to my diet. I knew I needed it. Heck, most people do. So anyway, I get a box of fiber1 bars. And the first day I had 3 of those little bad boys. 1 freakin tasty way of getting fiber!
Well, after a couple hours I started having the most explosive flatulance, you know the kind that rumbles around for a 1/2 hour before hand? The kind that just begs for a “contest” to really release all of its true glory. The “dont hold back, lets see if it really is possible to rip a hole in the boxers”
Have I said too much?
Well, apparently I wasnt the only one. I ran across this post here do yourself a favor, read it.
Oh, and no worries, after your body gets used to the fiber everything will be ok… really. And yes.. you need more fiber, go get it. :)
